Given the time, effort, and craftsmanship invested in creating these unique designs, we do not accept returns or make refunds, but in cases where the product received is defective or does not meet our quality standards here is how we handle the exchange :

Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@prakhyastore.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly offer an exchange, provided the following conditions are met :

✔ Eligibility for Exchange: The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying materials.

✔ Notification Within 3 Days: Kindly share clear images of the product with genuine reason for exchange within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at info@prakhyastore.com. We will send confirmation email to ship back the product. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

✔ Verification Process: Upon receipt of the product, the product will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our quality team and once approved, a fresh replacement will be promptly dispatched. In case of unavailability of the exchanged product, we will issue a refund. The refund will be in an amount equal to the purchase price paid for the products less shipping costs.
