✔ Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

✔ Delivery Timelines: We have partnered with reliable logistics partners to ensure reliable shipping across India with the following estimated delivery times:

• Orders are delivered within 7-10 business days Pan India. 

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

✔ Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

✔ Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD facility for orders up to Rs 5,000 within India. COD charges of Rs 200 will be applicable and collected at the time of delivery. Orders exceeding Rs 5,000 require prepayment through our secure payment gateway.

✔ Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

✔ Delivery Requirements: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours (9 AM to 7 PM). Valid ID proof is required for COD orders. In case of non-availability, the courier will attempt redelivery as per their standard policy.

✔ Delivery Discrepancies: If your package shows as 'delivered' in tracking but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at info@prakhyastore.com within 3 days. This helps us initiate a prompt investigation with the courier company and resolve the issue swiftly.
